PROGRAM ORDERING DEADLINES
RUSH orders are available for an additional fee and on a limited basis, and still require approximately 2 weeks from order to delivery - please contact us before ordering!
If your wedding (or Event)is on:	The last day to submit your order form is:
May 24	late
May 31	RUSH!
June 07	RUSH!
June 14	Sat., May 17
June 21	Sat., May 24
June 28	Sat., May 31

Please feel free to submit your own Word Document in lieu of our Word Template to info@custom-programs.com we will contact you upon receiving your order to confirm and arrange a deposit payment.

On this step please download, save in well known place (e.g. "My Documents" folder) the Word Template, open the saved file and fill it. OR You may attach your own text file you already have done - be sure to include your contact information (name, email and phone #) somewhere on the document. Then please proceed to the Step 2.
