How do I place an order?
We try to make the ordering process as
simple as possible. There are 3 ways you can order:
1. Complete our online
order form
2. Fill out our PDF order form and fax or mail it back to
us.
3. Submit your information in a Word document
to info@custom-programs.com

When can I expect my first
proof?
After a rough draft has been completed,
a proof will be printed and mailed or sent in PDF format by e-mail for
approval. Please
allow 7-10 days from the date all information is received.

How
long does it take to receive an order from the time I place my order?
Depending on our
current workload, you can receive your maps within 2-4 weeks after
ordering. Initial proofs take 7-10 days to (depending on the current
lead time). If you review and accept the proof we can normally do the
final printing the same day, shipping the next day via Priority Mail. CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR FINISHED MAP - APPROX 2-3 WEEKS

Can
I get a photo-ready copy and print my own cards?
Yes! This is preferred for some clients
who wish to have their invitation printer print their map cards as
well. For $15 We can mail a laser generated hard copy or send you a PDF
(or your preferred digital format) file for you to print the
photo-ready copy yourself.

Are there additional or
hidden fees?
The only fees we charge are specified on the pricing page and vary according to how much
information you want included on your map.

What forms of payment do
you accept?
We accept all forms of payment (all major
credit cards, personal checks and money orders) Credit card orders can
be placed over the phone or using our Online
Secure Server. Orders can also be handled via PayPal's secure
payment page (www.paypal.com) the
email address to send PayPal payments to is info@custom-programs.com.
You can mail checks to the address listed on the contact
page.

I need my maps tomorrow!
Is this possible?
In some cases expedited service is available.

Do you provide directions?
We can provide general
directions to your locations based on information from internet
sites such as www.mapblast.com or www.mapquest.com upon request,
however we prefer that YOU provide the directions as you have been to
the location and will know the fastest or easiest way for your guests
to arrive.

When is payment due?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the
design process and will be credited against your final invoice. Final
payment is due after you approve the final printing but before we ship.
We must receive payment before your maps are shipped to you, we can
keep your credit card information on file to process the final payment,
or PayPal's secure site may be used to send your payment quickly to us
and prevent delays.

With regards to payment,
am I obligated once I email the request or once I give the go ahead for
final printing?
If for any reason you need to cancel your
order we understand, however your $50 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded if
you have already received a proof. There are no cancellations or
refunds after a proof has been approved and sent for printing.

I want to order a Basic
Map - How many maps do I get for $75?
The $75 base fee covers design and layout of 1 location on a
map with accompanying directions. The base price does not include any
printed maps. Additional locations cannot be added to our Basic Map.

I want to order a Deluxe
Map - How many maps do I get for $105?
The $105 base fee covers design and layout of 2 locations on a
map with accompanying directions. The base price does not include any
printed maps. Additional locations can be added for $15 each.

I need my map this
weekend, will I be charged the $35 rush fee?
Yes, to avoid the rush fee, plan early at least 2 or more
weeks before you want your maps as 3-5 days are required for production.

I OK'd the proof you sent
me as a final product, but now I need to add or change some more
information to the map that either you or I missed. Can I do that?
To ensure that your map is exactly what you want, we advise
all clients that it is their responsibility to look over the map
information carefully and let us know of any corrections. Because we do
not usually have local road information for your map, we suggest client
take time to "drive" the wedding map and make sure all road information
is correct and let us know of any changes. We are not responsible for
local road conditions, road construction one-way and barricaded
streets, etc. any reworking of the map after you have accepted the
proof as done, is subject to our hourly $45 rate.

Can I use a graphic or
font that you do not have on your lists?
Yes, we have an extensive list of fonts and graphics that are
not shown on the website due to space constraints, if you are looking
for something in particular or you want the font to match your
invitation please contact us for options, we may request a sample of
the type. Or if you have another graphic or font you want to use,
simply e-mail us the graphic or font file and we will implement it on
your map.

Do you offer color maps?
Although we can do color maps, it has been our experience that
grayscale maps are more attractive and legible. If you would like a
color map please contact us for pricing.
